Aloha Los Angeles!
It's official, I am
out of here...Finally after years of talking about it Jen
& I are going
after our dreams and moving to Kauai,
Hawaii. Anyone who knows me can tell you that this has been a life long goal
and with much determination and support it's now been accomplished. (Official
move date: 11/07/07)

It's Jen's
"gray matter" that's getting us there. She has been officially named
the Executive Director of the Kauai
Public Land Trust. I am so excited for her because she too will be living
her dream and will as expected be doing something extremely positive for the
Island and it's people.
As for me, I can't
wait to get back to painting after much down time due to the move. I will be
looking to set up my own gallery once we have had time to settle in but will be
showing in galleries on Kauai in the mean time. The goal is to eventually have
artwork on every island in the chain and then every island in the South Pacific
and so on and so on. The island has always been a source of inspiration for me
and I look forward to immersing myself in
it.
I'm gonna miss you
L.A. but it's time to part ways. To everyone I've ever met in the 35 years I've
wandered this town, friend or foe, I wish you nothing but the best and I hope
that happiness finds you in the end.
If you ever find
yourself on "The Garden Island" please feel free to look
us up. I'll give you a personal tour of my studio & Jen can show
you some of the most beautiful and protected places on Kauai.
A hui hou,
(Until we meet again)
Jason
Which would you choose?

The Arroyo Arts Collective presents the 14th Annual
Discovery Tour
Artists throughout the
Arroyo area open their studios and homes to visitors once a year, in
the month of November, for the Discovery Tour. Sponsored by the
Arroyo Arts Collective and the Historical Society of Southern
California, the tour showcases the artistic riches of the community.
